Forest&Ray Guarantee Policies

Forest & Ray Ltd's guarantee applies to implants and cosmetic dental treatments  made in line with  international standards. In case of implant failure our dentist will replace it for free.

The Guarantee applies to your:

• Implants (3i Osseotite Certain USA) for 5 years (BIOMET 3i^TM is recognized as a global leader in the oral reconstruction marketplace. "We will achieve this through superior customer service and continuous product innovation.")

• Removable restorations:
• Partial dentures: 1 year
• Full dentures: 1 year
• Fixed restorations:
• Bridges, crowns, inlays: 2 years
• Fillings: 1 year

The guarantee is only valid if the work is fully completed by our dentists (placement of crowns and / or bridges as well). Please note that the guarantee does not cover root canal treatments or travelling and accommodation costs.

The guarantee will be reduced or invalidated if:

• oral hygiene is neglected
• dentist's instructions are not followed
• removable restoration such as partial dentures or full dentures are not kept and maintained properly
• the patient does not undergo check-up at least once every 12 months
• the gum tissue or teeth bone is naturally declining
• substantial amount of weight loss or gain occurs within a short period of time
• a general illness is present which has an unfavourable effect on the jaw (e.g. diabetes, epilepsy, osteoporosis, after-condition excessive X-rays or chemotherapy)
• injury caused by accidents, sports or any third party
